Yesterday my sis cooked a new recipe, it was her first experiment with Pasta. She prepared Italian Pasta in dinner. Fortunately that experiment went successful and she cooked well. So today i am going to share that Pasta recipe for my readers so that they can enjoy some yummy food in weekends.
Ingredients for Pasta -
Pasta - 200 gms 2 cups
Cabbage - 1 cup - finely chopped
Capsicum - 1 cup - finely chopped
Fresh Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Sweet Corn - Half cup
Green Chilli - finely chopped
French beans - 12 to 15 - cut them in long slices
Butter or Cooking Oil - 2 table spoon
Mozzarella cheese - 100 gms. - Grated
Salt - according to the taste (1 tea spoon)
Ginger - 1 inch long piece - Grated
Black pepper - 1/4 tea spoon
Pizza seasoning powder - 1/4 tea spoon
Tomato Sauce - Half cup
Coriander leaves( Dhaniya Powder) - 1 table spoon (chopped)
Method -
- Boil four cup of water in pan then add pasta, 1 table spoon cooking oil and Salt. This process will take 8 minutes.
- After that take out Pasta from that Pan.
- In another pain boil all other vegetables (Cabbage, Capsicum, Fresh Green Peas, Sweet Corn, French beans)
- . Also take out all veggies from the pan and dry them.
- Now take a pan and heat cooking oil in it. now put chopped chilli and grated ginger in that hot oil.
- After a minute put all the boiled vegetables into the pan and mix well for 2 minutes.
- Now add mozzarella cheese and Tomato sauce, half table spoon salt (as per taste), black pepper (as per taste) and pizza seasoning powder.
- Now add boiled Pasta and mix all the mixture well for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Pasta is ready, Serve this with Coke and enjoy the evening.
Note - If you want to make more creamy pasta you can increase the amount of cheese.
